Question:What is your policy on dead/bright/stuck pixels?
Answer: The total allowable defective pixel number is 5, no matter the location on the screen. If 2 defective pixels are within 1 inch of each other this is covered under warranty.

Question:The sound from the speakers is weak. What can I do? 
Answer: The built in speakers are not intended to replace a full-range sound system. However, adjusting the volume of the Operating System and/or application on your computer and in the OSD of the monitor should provide adequate sound for day to day use.

Question:Does Hanns.G provide Windows (or other) drivers? 
Answer: No Operating System specific drivers should be necessary. Hanns.G monitors comply with DD2B plug & play standards.
