The Recovery Plan for Virginia is as follows:

Hannspree North America, Inc is pleased to announce the implementation of its Recovery Plan. This program is free and is available exclusively to consumers and home business owners in the State of Virginia.

For more information about the recycling law, Please be sure to visit the Code of Virginia web site (beginning at http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod+10.1-1425.27 and continuing through Section 1425.38) for the full text of the Computer Recovery and Recycling Act. Effective July 1, 2009, all manufacturer of computer equipment, as defined in the Act, must (i) adopt and implement a recovery plan, and (ii) affix a permanent, readily visible label wit the manufacturer's brand before a manufacturer may offer this computer equipment for sale in the Commonwealth. The recovery plan must be posted on the Computer Manufacturer's website and available to the general public by July 1, 2009, and contain specific outlined in the Act.

The law requires that the manufacturer must provide a toll-free number and website address that provides information about the program, including a detailed description of how a person may return a covered electronic device. The program will accept the following device from household consumers, covered under the Virginia law.
